Am sure they will be giving this offer to folks very near the flight dates..am sure this option will not be available on default in every flight..

But there is not guarantee that the flight is empty .. most pax in India don't have a clue on how to look for flight loads..
this option if available gives many folks a confirmed chance to have a wider space..maybe a good deal for many folks say mom's with infants who can book 2 seats @ max price of say Rs 1800 ( 900*2) and get the whole row..
