This sounds scary! I have been flying Qatar bizclass only so far and have not had such an encounter. Using them from SIN to IAD in September/October. I hope these are rare and random occurrences. So far in terms of service, they have been reasonably good on the ground and excellent in the air. Hope Qatar will redress this issue for those affected.
