i have a stupid question. How can AC charge tax on a free benefit? Who is collecting this tax? It cannot be the federal government as they don't tax free stuff, so how can it be a tax? Calling it a tax is illegal and the same reason the cell phone carriers are in court right now.

I am shocked but not if you know what i mean. I am disappointed in my fellow flyertalk members who lack empathy for anyone below 100k. For us this is a huge change. It is nice to be a community but I guess many people are all about themselves.
