The Yelp reviews are pretty awful. I was going to rent here for the first time but changed my mind.
As I post this Dollar has the exact same rates as Thrifty and is on Federal Circle. The rental policies are the same and you won't have to deal with a shuttle. If the service is bad you can forget it and just walk over to one of the majors
