I'm planning a Cruise in early November, and I have 7 people going with me. I'm a Marriott guy, and I called all of the hotels near Bayport in Pasadena, TX and NONE of them provide shuttle service to/fro hotel or the cruise terminal.

What's the cheapest way to do the following:
Airport => Hotel
Hotel => Cruise Terminal
Cruise Terminal => Airport

Right now, it's looking like the cheapest way is
Free shuttle to a farther away hotel which is close to Hobby airport, and $48/person round trip Princess transfer service.

Is there a cheaper option?
