Yeah, sorry, we were both "evolving" our posts around the same time (though mine needed more evolving obviously!). In my case, as soon as I hit Post Reply and glanced at the reply, I realized I'd neglected to clarify the "full fare" BA/IB exception (which didn't apply to Cathay but did of course apply to my broader answer), so took some time to correct and improve the post.

The way FT worked (responding to repetitive Edit Post / Save Edit clicks), it kept showing me my edited post without ever showing me your post from 6 minutes later until I came back to this thread today.

I had however put in the phrase "on any kind of discount ticket" in the original post, as you originally quoted it.
