I presume we are talking about T3, so yes you can access the BA Flounge in T3, CX Flounge and the AA facility. Basically you can use all the oneworld airside lounges in T3, there's a debate as to which is the best, but the argument tends to be between CX and BA.
Are you sure? He's in J for LHR-MIA and F for MIA-LAX. The
oneworld rule of provding the higher level of lounge access on account of the longer segment won't apply here, since LHR-MIA is the longer segment.
