Corrected: I presume we are talking about T3, so unfortunately you can only access the BA Flounge in T3, CX Flounge with a First ticket or Emerald status. If you are in AA business class out of LHR then it's the AA Admirals lounge, BA Galleries Club or CX business lounge.
