Yes, both labels on the same bag were different (in successive order)

My bag did have a Plat luggage tag, as well as my name, and FWIW the old barcode from the inbound flight.

I've spoken with AA many times. All the agents are very friendly, but no one appears to be able to reach anyone at SEA.
