Depends on what you see as cheap. 2 or 3 years ago I got a March 3 day trip to DUB for only $450 ai. When I looked at EWR-DUB last winter there were some ~$500 options but most were in the $650-850 range. Relatively speaking though, yes DUB tends to be cheaper than the others.
