Verizon Roaming inbound SMS in Canada?
Do they charge for inbound text messages in Canada where the user has an unlimited domestic SMS account?

Sending my neighbor to Canada with my Canadian data SIM (Telus HSPA tablet plan) shoved in an unlocked HSPA hotspot device with his data roaming turned off. He wanted to grab his text messages and respond from a Google Voice account via my hotspot.
