Well, there should be nothing like a "fuel surcharge" in the first place. I'm wondering why we can't see other transportation companies (imagine Deutsche Bahn for example) charging any kind of similar levy, even though I'm almost sure the energy/fuel they use to transport people is not for free
They still manage to have that in their fare somehow...
