Can you please read the wikipost above??? The Citi rules are spelled out clearly there.

For starters:

No more than 2 Citi card apps of any type every 65 days.

On what calendar is anytime soon 65 days or more from 7/26??? You can apply for just one more Citi card now, but you have to wait to the very of September or early October to apply for the third.

Second, the pulls on "different" card like AA vs Reserve won't get merged, so there is no advantage to applying on the same day, even if you could. But:

You can no longer apply for 2 Citi cards on the same day! You need to wait at least a week (8 days is safer) between Citi apps now!!!
