Second Course
Arugula with Corn and Shaved Parmesan (with some kind of creamy lemony dressing, not mentioned in menu)


Main Course
Chianti-Braised Beef Cheeks with polenta and broccolini (wonderfully tender beef and great flavors all-around)

Tapenade-Crusted Halibut with braised artichoke and pearl onion
Pastina with oven-roasted tomato sauce
Ginger Pork Tenderloin with bok choy and stir-fried noodles (Not created by Michael Chiarello)

Dessert
Selection of Fine Cheeses offered with fresh fruit
Vanilla Ice Cream Sundae with your choice of toppings listed below
-chocolate sauce
-mixed berry sauce
-whipped cream
-chopped nuts
-wafer cookies
Chocolate Covered Profiteroles (so good I had to get seconds)

Vanilla French Toast and scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, served with chicken sausage and maple syrup

Roasted Pork with lime chili sauce, vegetable medley, and jasmine rice and pumpkin cheesecake with caramel sauce

Great flight, with a great SEA-based crew and wonderful meals! Shame to see this route go away, but happily we'll see the new SEA-ICN and SEA-HKG flights next summer.
