On Friday, I checked two bags at the check in counter in SEA heading on the direct to DFW. When I arrived in DFW, only one bag came off the belt. The other was missing, and has not yet been located (48 hrs).
Looking at the bag that arrived, I noticed that there are two labels on it. I suspect the agent placed both labels on the same bag, and then put the other bag on the belt untagged.
I've spoken with AA countless times over the weekend but no one can get thru to SEA or DFW. I'm now getting worried.
Any ideas what to do next?
Did the labels have the same ID numbers or different ones?
