I stay here regularly . I have always received excellent Platinum recognition. I have always been upgraded to the suite of my choice. It is a big convention hotel, so there is not much personal recognition by staff.
The lounge has an amazing view of Toronto. The food in the lounge is mediocre and always the same.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and bars within blocks. The Eaton Centre, a big shopping centre with a good food court is accessible underground. The subway is a block away. Rogers Centre and The Air Canada Centre are both within a 10-15 minute walk.
