When you can't see your reservation, hit the "SEND CONFIRMATION" button. Usually you can see your reservation after that. If that button doesn't work, scroll to the top of the page and click on the hot link "FIND STAYS". Enter your last name and reservation # and again hit SEND CONFIRMATION. You should now be able to see your reservation. If you still can't see it, give it a day or so and try again.
To answer your question, if the reservation is unchanged on the web site, it means the hotel hasn't updated it. Even if you contact the BRG group, they will rarely do anything about it. Just make sure you bring your confirmation with you when you go to the hotel. If hotel gives you a hassle, just pay the bill and send an email to the BRG group. You will be refunded almost immediately.
