I've never had trouble getting credit for DF/AF codeshare flights. I do have to ask after the fact for the mileage credit, but they always approve it. Last time the CSA explicitly told me it couldn't auto-post because it was DF/AF, but had no trouble manually adding it.

Note that the both the DL and AF flight numbers were in the range of valid flight numbers.
