OK -- glad it is not 'just me' here -- I'm surprised they have been unable to resolve this sort of problem.

I tried twice already today -- 12:45PM and 3:40PM PDT - Windows XP and Windows 7, Internet Explorer and Chrome. The only thing that was consistent was the error.

It suggests some real issue with Cathay Pacific's IT and Web IT folks in terms of problem solving.

The punishing thing here is I can't even get a message to the IT folks via the site since, in posting the problem on their feedback/query page I get the same $^%#& message.
