That's why the lounge BA Golds get access to in T5 is called Galleries First, that's the oneworld first class lounge in T5. The Concorde Room is an additional perk of BA First outside of the oneworld agreement.
Thanks layz! Yes, this is why I asked this question. I am not familiar with CX & AA, so did not know if their "First" lounges would be equivalent to the CCRs. In particular, as you know BA has the CCR in JFK, so I thought AA's F lounge at LHR might be like the CCR.

But it's been said that BA's lounges are the best amongst all other airlines', so I would choose BA lounges anyway. However, the recent lounge catering is a bit disappointing, so I might want to try AA & CX's!
