Somewhat OT:

Actually, Swedish Rail doesn't keep track if you travel either. So it's perfectly possible to credit to their frequent travel program without actually being on a train.

Not too long ago, they also ran a promo where you got a bonus for just getting on one special train type. I booked 25 trips on the exact same leg, same departure and it all credited just fine. One could have thought they would at least figure out that I couldn't possible occupy 25 seats in the same train set.

So rail seems a bit easier to circumvent the but in seat policy, but for air travel, just forget it.
