I got a $175 e-cert that i need to put to use. The terms indicate I have to be the one traveling but not sure how strict they are

Also, even thought the below says I can book flights on air france, on delta.com paris to florence only shows 1-stop KLM flights and none of the air france options show up

can one use this e-cert to book hotels, etc
