of any kind in 65 days. I had totally forgotten about my app for an HHonors card {approved} in June 2013. And I have no one to blame but myself, since this is so clearly spelled out in the Wiki.
So my second AA app, 9 days after my previous AA approval, was only 52 days after my HHonors app, and that was the reason I was denied. My bad, not Citi's at all. At least I'm no longer wondering why Citi hates me enough to turn me down while approving everyone else.
50K miles down the drain. I am Lifetime Gold with AA, but right now I feel like such a newbie.
My sincere apologies to anyone who read my previous post, and became needlessly worried the deal was over.
So will you now wait 65 days from the decline or 65 days from the recent approval? (because I did the same thing).
