was my ticket reissued correctly?

I made a destination change to a nearby city this past week, due to a schedule change on my orginal flights. The main reservation pages shows the correct flights and the new destination city, however the little tab at the top of the res page showing the destination city and PNR (eg, LAX-xyz123) still shows the originally ticketed city. Finally, choosing "view receipt" still shows the original fights (from before the schedule change) to the originally ticketed city, with the original e-ticket numbers.

Is this a sign that my reservation is out of sync and I need to call and get it fixed? If so is there some magic language I can use with the agent to get done what I need to get done?
