Im looking for a hotel in London for a weekend in Oct with this promo for Elite members. However, I have noticed that the hotels in central have no availability from now to May 2014.

Am I missing something?
with London, does this promo occur more of a last min/years in advance as compared to other cities/countries?

Also, would it be of any help if I contacted clubcarlson or maybe the hotel directly to ask if they could offer me this promo? (of course for the days this promo terms apply to)
