On the IHG website, should I select 2 adults and 2 rooms...or 1 adult and 2 rooms???
1 adult, 2 rooms would be the logical one to choose I think, but when I click through there is no option to put my colleague's name down for the room?
Easy solution, assuming you are not using your points to book an award night and are not trying to get points awarded for both rooms.

1. Book your own room whilst signed on to ihg.com
2. log off your ihg.com account. Now book the room for your colleague ! You are now just another unknown person booking now, so can enter your colleagues name as the person reserving the room.
3. To access colleagues booking later to modify/cancel/email/print you simply enter the reservation number and surname under which room is booked (whilst not signed in )
