I'm not sure there is a huge physical difference in all of these seats, other than maybe +/- one to two inches of pitch/width. I agree with heraclitus. Economy class seats should, in a sense, be given pass/fail ratings rather than obscure rankings.
If I was in economy service level would be the last thing that was important to me on a long haul flight. I'd go for seat pitch, seat width, comfort etc. On a 10 hour flight from Australia I couldn't care if the flight attendants did not fawn all over me.
