I have a vague recollection that Alaska once operated a flight from ANC-YVR-SFO and that you could book a through ticket from ANC to SFO. It was either ANC-YVR-SFO or ANC-YVR-SAN...can't quite recall which.

If you don't get off the plane at the Int'l stopover city, is it still considered Cabotage?
