Survey did not mention anything about level of service being factored into the top 10 ranked economy class cabins.

I'm not sure there is a huge physical difference in all of these seats, other than maybe +/- one to two inches of pitch/width. I agree with heraclitus. Economy class seats should, in a sense, be given pass/fail ratings rather than obscure rankings.
