The amount of chemical explosive that would have to be in the implant would have to be considerable.

Firstly, you'd have to be able to build an implant with the chemical in (not easy in itself for loads of reasons), getting hold of the chemicals is not that easy in itself, then this would have to be implanted into someone (good luck finding a woman and someone with enough skill to put it in and not cause massive infection and death). lets also assume the chemical would not leach out of the implant during the recovery stage before the flight.

This person would then have to get the "other" chemical which would be injected through security (there are tests for this I assume, hence why we have to go through scanners??).

Also, the best way to bring down a plane would be to detonate the explosive directly upon the fuselage. ie, push her boobs against the skin of the plane during the explosion. Having a chemical explosion occur inside you body is, I would imagine fairly painful. I would expect the person would be in absolute agony for at least a few seconds before it reached "critical mass" and most likely, the chemicals would leak during this period through the body. The body is also a good "conductor" of explosive force.

Anyway, all rubbish as I'm sure you'd all agree and never going to happen.
