Someone who knows more than me can chime in for sure, but I use http://info.flightmapper.net and it shows the city pairs and what flights are traveling on which dates, by which air carriers.

You can see that a given flight will be on a particular type of aircraft, and the flight #. And, when that flight time/date/fl # changes.

It reflects changes to the normal schedule, as it adjusts (seasonally, load factor, holidays, etc.)
