Smithsonian Channel has a good show "Air Disasters" that recreates an accident, has interviews with the actual investigators and sometimes surviving passengers. The hour long show often profiles well known historical accidents.
Great show. Very well done and they usually really get into the investigation details vs. some of the other smash-bang disaster video shows.
