Well this isn't being rolled out to B.A. yet, (If at all) and as posted earlier, there is the "Buffer" WT+ cabin on B.A. - Something which is not present on IBERIA.
I would doubt very much if B.A allowed somebody on a very low base fare to pay a small upgrade fee and annoy someone who has paid £10k or more for a flex. F ticket.
