Diamonds will always get a 4pm checkout and you can ask for later. I've had up to 8pm but it's been denied on other occassions if they are very busy. Again like the GH Bangkok it has floors closed off for a refurb programme so they are very busy at the moment. When I stayed there earlier this week the hotel was completely sold out for a couple of days.
