Wow! I can't believe delta has any loyal customers with such an awful mileage program and mediocre to poor service! I guess the only reason they can do this is because of mergers and less competition. Disgusting to see how Delta treats loyal passengers!! High ticket prices, horrible mileage redemption rates, and poor service!
