FLL-DTW in First, flight time 2:59, meal service Breakfast
DTW-YQB in economy since no first in plane flight time 2:03, snacks for sale
** I think I should pick something up, any recs what's available at DTW? Never been to that airport before.

following Sunday the return home is YUL-ATL-FLL
YUL-ATL, First, 2:46, lunch
ATL-FLL, First, 2:03, no meal service? boo, we depart around 6pm.

I like something healthier than the 1 slice deli sandwich, and I haven't flown first in a while, so I'd appreciate advice and if you know exactly what we might be offered all the better. I have about 12 hours left in the T-24 ordering window for special meals, wondering if I should do diabetic or vegetarian instead of the regular offering?
For your breakfast flight, expect nothing more than a small bowl of fruit, and some kind of cereal, plus a croissant or bagel. DTW has a nice jap/sushi place called Sora if you have the time and are looking for a decent meal. It's been some time since I've been there but I remember liking it, it's located in the Center of the main A concourse.

On your YUL-ATL return I would expect either a chicken salad or some kind of sandwich option (typically cold but I have seen some hot options if you're on a plane with ovens).
