A few years ago arrived with the family in hawaii on UA with kids, incl baby in carseat. When we got to baggage claim we realized we had forgotten the carseat on the plane -- we had left it belted into the seat and simply walked off without it. By that time we were far from the gate and outside of security. Explained the situation to the guard at the security perimeter exit, who radioed to the gate. 10 minutes later someone appeared with our carseat. Silver lining is that that carseat is a pain to unbelt, pack up, and haul around -- and ours was magically delivered to us at baggage claim before the rest of our luggage even arrived on the carousel. Felt like some type of premium service
