OK, I said after T-24 I have been able to upgrade with a RPU, and you say, OK, maybe that's true. So I'm not sure what we were arguing about any more. I thought you said I couldn't.
The policy you quoted above doesn't say anything about upgrading with a certificate after T-24. It only talks about being added to the waitlist. It also doesn't say that you can't be added to the waitlist after T-24. Only that you can be, before that. I have no doubt that UA has a variety of things that they want to be true, some of which sometimes are and sometimes aren't.
