Trying to find out if the armrests between seats can be raised on VX exit rows, specifically in row 9 - as opposed to having them fixed like in a bulkhead row. Flying as a couple, we don't need the extra space but just like it better if the tray tables are on the back of the seats in front and we can raise the armrests to scoot around in the seats.

Seatguru just described it as standard/exit row seat.
