Nope, don't assume that - it's 2-2-2 in C on the 787 (same as the 777), but the aircraft at cabin level is 15 inches more narrow...you do the math
Cabin width doesn't give the whole story, since the airlines can play with aisle widths and the seat manufacturers can adjust the angling.
