Yeah that Lotte Mall is impressive. The food court on the first floor is pretty good.

Immigration is usually fairly quick. Just have all your documents ready before landing. I would estimate maybe 10 minutes for immigration as long as no other large aircraft deplanes just in front of you. I wouldn't quite run to immigration but I would make it a brisk walk to hopefully get in front of as many people as possible.
