Looking for some help and this seems to be the best thread to ask in. I'm booked tomorrow from CMH-ORD-ABQ and was trying to utilize a CPU to upgrade. I cleared on my CMH-ORD flight weeks ago, but as of now (less then 24 hours till the flight) I have still not cleared on the ORD-ABQ flight. I checked in via the mobile App first thing this morning, and expected to see myself added to the Upgrade List for the flight to ABQ. I see others, but do not see myself. Is this because I tried to use a CPU? Should I be worried about missing out on the chance to upgrade, or is there something I can do to fix? I called the Premier line and sent a message via Twitter and both insist they see that I'm on the Waitlist. My understanding was that the Waitlist became irrelavent at T-24.
