I am now planning maybe the following..
Sat Morning - Bkk - Riwer Kwai by car.. reach river kwai bridge by 10.30am.. Catch the train at Riwer Kwai upto Nam tok reaching Nam Tok around 12.30.. then take train back at 12.55 back to river kwai..
Have lunch and then take the car to hell fire pass.. This way we can enjoy a portion of the death railway with its famous bridge and Wampo viaduct and also visit hell fire pass ...
Question Is there a motorable road to hell fire pass from River Kwai bridge ?
Proceed to nearby hotel for night stay post visiting hell fire pass...
Sun - Visit Erawan national park and back to bangkok late in the evening ..
