For those who haven't been to the Big Easy recently (from the time between updates, seems like many of us - what's the matter - no "business" to conduct in NOLA??), here is an update. The MSY renovations include a new CONRAC (think PVD-ish walk, though not quite as long, but, being outdoors (covered), much more humid

)
All counters are on the Ground floor, with EHI on that level as well. After the counters, walk straight for National, left for Alamo/Enterprise. Once proceeding through the doors to the garage area, ES is on the left (approx. 8 rows/8 stalls), EA on the right (8 rows/5 stalls) - very good signage to assist as well.

Client (Chevrolet) located in Mississippi, so, examined all the Chevy product looking for XM, with no success. Didn't realize the Equinoxes (Equinoxii??) did not come with satelliite (need to pay more attention to Dr. Z's Ride Reports). Anyway, after a few minutes of waiting, had to get on the road, so resigned myself to the Malibu, when an '14 Impala passed me coming from the wash. The greeter (Allan) and the Station Manager (Dominique) were aware of my request, so we were all happy when my perseverance was rewarded. Though not unusual, I am always impressed when a Station Manager is involved in vehicle movement during busy times. Dominique was car hopping as well, moving vehicles from Alamo/Enterprise to replenish the EA/ES inventory, and attempting to fulfill special requests from Executive members.
Really glad to have had the XM...was 3 hours to the client site, and though scenic in parts, was an uneventful ride through LA/MS. As an aside, can an Interstate be any straighter than the 150 (or so) miles from the southern terminus of I-55 just west of New Orleans to Jackson
