I couldn't remember what mine looked like either until I used my Free Night Certificate and my Ambassador BOGO recently for 3 nights in NYC. Took the card along to pay for one night of the BOGO and then it won't see the light of day again till next year...actually I do use it for some very small purchases every couple of months so they don't threaten me with closure due to inactivity. Program being gutted has put this card in on the backburner.
