When I work in Vegas I usually stay at the Element. The Element is so much easier for me to relax and wind down in than the Westin. When I first started working in Vegas frequently I would stay at the Westin or at the PH (which sadly isn't Starwood anymore), but after a couple stays I was over being in the hustle and bustle of the strip.
