I believe you. Perhaps they lowered it to $49 at some point. My PC Visa just came up for renewal and my statment said $70.00, so I paid $70.00 to renew it. Chase rep was going to credit me the $21.00, for which I am thankful. As I mentioned, I got mine during the "Men in Black" promo, which was some time ago.
