United's 747 #8474 (flying from SYD to LAX today) could really use another coat of paint. The paint is peeling to the point where you can see the aluminum underneath in some spots.
Looks like that's N174UA, which is still in the tulip scheme. It probably has a date with the paint shop to receive the globe livery, so problem solved.
(The last photo of it I could find was from May 2013, so if it's wearing the globe now and showing the aluminum underneath, that's a real problem.)
