As Sarfa33 says, this flight is old equipment and has the most reduced service of any ANA long haul flight.
Some discussion here about the product and what they dislike.
Obviously, the C seat and service are better than PY, but don't expect and ANA's usual high levels and you may not find this incremental improvement is value for your miles. YMMV.
