Anyways...have been to Berlin 10x in the past 3.5 years.
8 times I've stayed at Casa Camper (the other 2 was there for 3-4 weeks so used AirBnB for a flat).
The Sharon Stonewall is a great bar in Mitte behind Hacksher Markt that my friends own/operate.
Aside from that there are a few bars in Kreuzberg and other places but a fair of the fun things are monthly/weekly/always changing one-off parties. Head to Sharon Stonewall or any bar and pick up a copy of BLU (free at the door) and it will have the whole list of things that month.
